Organization workspaces
Business records are scoped to an organization. Users must be authenticated and belong to the organization before accessing the private app workspace.
Documents and storage
Company documents are stored in a private organization document bucket and processed for source-backed answers. Document access is filtered by organization and available visibility controls.
Department visibility
Cofavi supports organization-wide, department-only, selected-department, private, and admin-style visibility patterns so teams can share safe customer updates without exposing private internal notes.
AI safety boundaries
AI prompts and retrieval are intended to use only visible workspace context. AI output should be reviewed by a person before being sent to customers or used for important decisions.
